Welcome to TRIO Fitness! We are three sisters who share a common passion for health and fitness and look forward to sharing that with you. We are dedicated to helping YOU live the happiest and healthiest version of yourself each and every day. We will challenge and encourage you to reach your fullest potential physically and mentally each time you step into the gym.
OWNER & TRAINER
Bethany, along with her two sisters, is one of the three co-owners of Trio Fitness a group fitness based gym located in Bend, OR. She grew up in Bend, in an active family, and competed in a variety of sports. Bethany went on to continue her volleyball career at the collegiate level. She graduated from Corban University with a degree in Human Performance, with an emphasis in Exercise Science. While completing her degree, Bethany was very privileged to intern at one of the top sports performance gyms in OR under some of the top personal trainers and strength coaches, and gained a wealth of practical training knowledge.
Immediately after graduating, she went on to Alaska to join the volleyball coaching staff at the University of Alaska Fairbanks as an assistant coach and primary strength and conditioning coach. Following her time at UAF, Bethany continued coaching volleyball and training at the collegiate level at Lake Superior State University in Michigan.
Bethany has many years of experience in the fitness industry; working with athletic teams/athletes to instructing group fitness classes such as yoga, barre and circuit. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a 200hr yoga certified yoga instructor.

Kylie, the middle of the sisters, is also a co-owner of TRIO. She was born and raised in Central Oregon in the same competitive, sports centered family which ultimately led to her passion for health and fitness. Growing up she enjoyed playing basketball and softball. After high school, Kylie went on to play softball at Corban University and then finished her career at Lake Superior State University where she graduated with a degree in Health Sciences & Business.
After college, she immediately moved with her sisters from Oregon to Raleigh, NC. There, the three of them managed a fitness studio, began teaching group fitness classes (circuit/bootcamps, barre ,m'bala) and personal training. While being in Raleigh she was trained by some of the top group fitness instructors in North Carolina. Kylie is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
“I’ve always been very competitive and the type of person who once I set a goal for myself, I’m going to make sure I achieve it. This is why I loved sports; the preparation, the training, pushing myself to the limit & the grind that needed to be put in in order to excel in my sport, be the very best that I could be for my team and for myself and ultimately reach all the goals I had set. When I was training and pushing myself to be my very best physically, it carried over to me pushing myself to be my very best in every aspect of my life. I’ve carried this mentality into my fitness career and is how I train my clients and teach my classes. There’s nothing better then showing others just how much they’re capable of and what they can accomplish when they push themselves and step out of their comfort zones. Seeing and helping others reach their own goals (in fitness, athletics or personal), realize just how much they’re capable of and help them live their happiest/healthiest version of themselves is the best feeling and why I LOVE what I do!”

Ken is the youngest Durre sisters and co-owner! Just like her older sisters, she grew up in Central Oregon and graduated from Ridgeview High School in 2014. After playing basketball, volleyball, and softball throughout her years she quickly found her passion playing basketball. She continued playing basketball when she attended Simpson University, but quickly realized she had a new passion for running where she then joined the Cross Country team. After two years of being at Simpson, she decided to move back to Bend where she continued to pursue her degree in Health Psychology and later graduated from Grand Canyon University.
While finishing her degree, she made the move to Raleigh, NC wither her sisters where the three of them managed a fitness studio. With her passion and energy she quickly began teaching group fitness classes where she fell in love with and excelled in teaching spin. It didn't take her long to become one of the top instructors in her studio and in the Raleigh area.
After returning back to Central Oregon, Ken has continued to personal train, and teach Bootcamps, HIIT, and spin classes in her hometown.

SCULPT
Are you ready to SWEAT?
Triple SWEAT is a combination of strength, cardio and core. You can expect to see all three elements in this class with more emphasis on CARDIO. We will be bringing your heart rate up and then dropping it back down throughout the class. This is the best way for the body to burn fat, reshape, increase stamina all while offering more functional benefits than steady state cardio and heavy strength training.
If you're looking for a balance work out with an emphasis on endurance or looking to get lean and toned...come SWEAT it out!
This INTENSE full body strength and conditioning class will leave you feeling stronger than when you came in! You can expect our combination of strength, cardio and core but with an emphasis on STRENGTH. That's right, in this class, we will put a majority of the focus on strength while still giving you a little touch of cardio.
This class is designed for those who are looking to build muscle, increase power all while resulting in muscle definition.
SCULPT is about targeting all muscle groups, including those little ones we often neglect. Along with high energy, SCULPT is designed around high repetition and time under tension which is all performed with bodyweight or low weight dumbbells.
This class is going to leave ALL of your muscles burning, your body shaking all while resulting In those toned, SCULPTED muscles that we all love!
