Are you ready to SWEAT?

Triple SWEAT is a combination of strength, cardio and core. You can expect to see all three elements in this class with more emphasis on CARDIO. We will be bringing your heart rate up and then dropping it back down throughout the class. This is the best way for the body to burn fat, reshape, increase stamina all while offering more functional benefits than steady state cardio and heavy strength training. 

If you're looking for a balance work out with an emphasis on endurance or looking to get lean and toned...come SWEAT it out!

This INTENSE full body strength and conditioning class will leave you feeling stronger than when you came in! You can expect our combination of strength, cardio and core but with an emphasis on STRENGTH. That's right, in this class, we will put a majority of the focus on strength while still giving you a little touch of cardio. 

This class is designed for those who are looking to build muscle, increase power all while resulting in muscle definition.

SCULPT is about targeting all muscle groups, including those little ones we often neglect. Along with high energy, SCULPT is designed around high repetition and time under tension which is all performed with bodyweight or low weight dumbbells. 

This class is going to leave ALL of your muscles burning, your body shaking all while resulting In those toned, SCULPTED muscles that we all love!
